SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
(Hospitality Course for the Marginalized Youth)
“HOSPITALITY training Program” was planned and managed by DBTech, Axis bank Foundation, Foundation Schneider Electric and implemented by Krishnagar Cathedral Charitable Social society for underprivileged youth in West Bengal between the age group of 18 and above. This is a three months training program on employability skills & workplace readiness and trainees get complete placement support after successful completion of the program along with a certificate from the Krishnagar Cathedral Charitable Social Society.
Goal:-
To impart market-oriented, employment-linked training to under privileged and unemployed youth.
Objectives:-
Bridge digital, social and economic divide in India by significantly contribute to the development of the marginalized youth by enhancing the employability and life management skills.
Achievement:-
KCCSS has given job placement at various reputed hotels and companies for 3275 marginalized youth (male & female) who have been trained in electrician and Hospitality trades in Krishnagar till today.
