( Affirmative Action Employment Training)

Goal:-

To improve the employability of 500 unemployed SC/ST (Socially and Economically backward Class) graduates and other backward communities from rural/urban pockets of Murshidabad and Nadia districts of West Bengal from economically deprived families.

Objectives:

• To address the very low confidence and consequently low employability of ST/SC and other Backward communities to higher level
• To provide equal opportunity/equal footing for socially and economically disadvantaged section in West Bengal specially ST/SC communities towards employability
• To ensure that at least 15 % of the trainees are employed within one month of completion of each batch of training.

Achievement:-

143 unemployed graduates completed employability training in Four batches at KCCSS for TCS and 18 of them were employed at TCS.62 unemployed graduates will be doing their employability training at KCCSS, in the month of September 2017.
